The reality fitness blog format

Loosing is a good thing. Especially if you are loosing something to gain something else – in our case I am going to loose weight to gain confidence. Being a loser is not that bad after all! In the next few weeks or even couple of months I will be posting on a new project I am embarking on right now – LOOSE IT – loosing weight online. Alright, I know it sounds like I’m going bananas or like I’ve completely freaked out and am thinking being online and in front of my mac will make my belly disappear.

Not at all! 

During the next months and weeks I will be trying to loose weight and will share my experiences with you, my readers and will tell you exactly what I am doing and what I am not to achieve my goal (either 25 kg off or 15 off and muscle shape). You will get my first hand experience with diet plans, different workouts, different sports so you can try things out yourself and join me on the mission of loosing weight. 

And don’t even try thinking of stupid excuses

…like “I cannot loose weight in the winter since the weather is cold” and stuff like that. If you really want to be healthy, look good and enjoy your body there is no better time to start the journey to gaining confidence for the summer but November. We have exactly 9 months to get our bodies in shape. Some use them to give birth to a baby, but I am going to use the next 9 months for something I can make use and profit of as a 21-year-old (when I get 31 I might think about the baby, I promise). 

Some may say, my amateur experiences are not enough. 

Well ok, I shall answer – you will get your professional tips from fitness instructors, sportsmen, diet coaches and shrinks. Yeah, that’s right, shrinks. If you want to change your body you should firstly change your mind and get focused on focus to reach your goal. And don’t worry, these professional advices would not be connected with a purchase of 100 kg protein powder or a cross-trainer. 

What is the format going to be like?

Short posts every evening when I come back from sport including experience reports, short tips, diet tips and workout music tips. I will share my ups and downs and will let you criticize me. There will be picture updates on how I look like as well. Another thing that could help you get inspired are the longer articles on different diet plans, sports and motivation techniques.

Still doesn’t sound like fun? 

Well then you either have a perfect body already or you don’t  need one for whatever reason – because you like your belly or because you like to hide yourself in clothes that could be used as tablecloth or whatever. Or you maybe like to scare everybody when you get your clothes off on the beach? Well, let me tell you something – you don’t have to! Just take a look at what kind of tips I am giving here and choose for yourself. I won’t start with 500 sit-ups as well, no worries!

How it’s going to work?

Work out, work out and again: work out! And good diet and lots of water! Everything else – you will see from now on. 

Now I am going to the gym. Keep your fingers crossed, because I haven’t been there for months.
